Tiffany Lighting Direct - Returns Policy, please read through our policy, as with all other pages, if you need any help please give us a call.

 

Returns
You have 14 days from date of delivery to change your mind, we offer a no fuss returns policy, if you don't like it send it back and we will offer a full refund. If the item is faulty/damaged you will have 30 days from date of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit to you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@tiffanylightingdirect.co.uk and send your item to: 18 Pillings Road, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 6QF



Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 18 Pillings Road, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 6QF

We can arrange collection by our courier, please let us know if you wish to do this, we will then refund your item minus £15 return charge.
