How do I return my order (UK only)?

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start, follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. If you watn to return an item outside of the UK, please email sales@tiffanylightingdirect.co.uk

We will send you a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. We use CollectPlus to return items and with over 7000 drop off points in the UK there is easily a point near you to drop your return at your convenience. For larger items, we will use DPD to collect.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 90 days of receipt of your shipment for whatever reason. No fuss, just easy and fast returns. 

• They must be in original condition
• In the original packaging
• Please do not write on the product boxes or use brown tape
• Returned in the outer packaging. 

Are there any charges for a UK return?

• No, It's FREE for UK returns.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
• When your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 working days.
