Lead times vary from supplier to supplier. Please see below for supplier Christmas delivery times, delivery lead times are also displayed on every product.

Once your order is placed with Tiffany Lighting Direct will we send you an email confirming your order. Within 1 hour, you will receive another email detailing an estimated dispatch timescale for when you would expect to receive your goods.

Orders placed after these dates may not arrive in time for Christmas.

International Orders

For Christmas delivery on orders to the USA and countries within the EU, please place your order on or before Friday 13th December

We currently ship to the UK, EU, USA, and Canada. If your country is not listed here or in our Delivery Information, then we may still be able to ship to you. Please contact our customer service team for a delivery quote.

EU Taxes, VAT & Duties

When placing an order for European delivery, the price on a product page does not include UK value-added tax (VAT).

When you checkout on our website we will calculate the VAT & duties you need to pay, and these will be added and collected when you checkout. So, all taxes & duties will be paid on completion of your order and no extra charges will be due.

UK & Northern Ireland

Delivery is Free to anywhere in the UK on orders over £70, and £5.99 on orders under.

We will check and pack your order in our warehouse and then ship it with either DPD or DHL. Both offer one-hour delivery windows to our customers, meaning you won't have to wait in all day. We may also deliver directly from the supplier; we will inform you of this in your delivery update email. We will always aim to use recycled packaging wherever possible.

We recommend booking your electrician after you have received & checked your order.

Yes of course. You have 90 days from delivery to change your mind. You can send the order back to us or we can arrange a return via Evri for you for FREE! (UK only) - if you want this option, just complete this form and we will advise you of your nearest drop-off point.

We will replace it, it's as simple as that. We ask that all breakages be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may be able to change your delivery address for you before it leaves us. If your order has already been dispatched we are unable to change the address. Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect and we will do our best to change it.

Yes, you can. We offer local pickup from our warehouse during checkout as an option. Once your order is ready for collection we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection date.

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service department at sales@tiffanylightingdirect.co.uk as soon as possible. Cancellation requests that we receive and process before an order has been dispatched will be accepted, and the customer will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

You may return any unused products in their original packaging for a full refund within 90 days after you receive your order. For European returns, please contact our customer service team.

When you receive your order, please check every item for any damage or defects within 48 hours. If an item has been damaged, please follow these instructions:

North America Taxes, VAT & Duties

When placing an order for North American delivery the price you see on a product page does not include UK value-added tax (VAT).

UK VAT will not be charged to your order. You will be liable for Import duty, Customs handling charge and your country’s VAT on the amount of the order. This is collected by the courier from you before delivery takes place.

Please contact our customer services department with your order number and we will talk you through the options for returning your order.

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service department at sales@tiffanylightingdirect.co.uk as soon as possible. Cancellation requests that we receive and process before an order has been dispatched will be accepted, and the customer will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
