At Tiffany Lighting Direct, we pride ourselves on offering our customers first-class service.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your lighting, you are able to return your order within 30 days of receipt for either a replacement or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I return?

Please contact us by email at (please provide your order number) and we can arrange a return. Alternatively at the bottom of our website, you can click the link start a return fill in your order number and email and arrange your return.

When will I get my refund?

If you return your order using our returns service, we will normally issue a refund once we have confirmed your return is on its way back to us. If you return an item using a courier, you arrange then we will normally issue a refund once the item arrives back at our warehouse

How can I return an international order?

Please contact our customer services department with your order number and we will talk you through the options for returning your order.
