What are Warehouse Returns
Tiffany Lighting Direct Returns offers fantastic deals on quality returned or open-box products. Each product has never been used or installed. Each returned product we sell has been thoroughly checked and we have taken photos to show you any damage to the packaging or the product and detail this in the product description.
How do you evaluate a product’s condition?
We give each product a grade from A – E to describe its overall condition, most of our returned items will be graded “B” or “C”:
A - The product is brand new. Expect it to be fully functional with no damage whatsoever beyond having been opened. The item is so new that no photos are needed but may not have that fresh new opening experience due to the reasons described.
B - Like new and fully functional but the packaging may bear some damage. See description and/or photos for details.
C - The product shows some wear, including but not limited to obvious cosmetic small cracks, marks, scuffs, holes, dings, dents or scratches
D - More significant issues, bends, breaks, cracks, or other damage. Items are repairable but could be missing parts noted in the description.
E - The E rating means it is not functional or complete as sold and might be sold for parts, or in need of some more serious repair.
How can I return my product if I am not satisfied?

If for whatever reason you wish to return part or all of your order (UK Only), please either submit a request or contact customer services.

What are my warranty rights?
All our new Warehouse return products have at least twelve months' warranty from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated. We will undertake the repair or exchange of any item, which is deemed to be faulty.
