You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind for whatever reason, no ifs or buts, it's a promise and the law! You can send the light back to us or we can arrange a return via Evri for you FREE!  (UK only) - if you want this option, just complete this form and we will advise you of your nearest drop off point.

We also know that builders can delay projects and the lights are often the last thing to be installed. If you need longer than 30 days please get in touch, we can be flexible with the time.
