    Orders, Deliveries & Returns

    Covid Update - We are taking all necessary precautions with Covid 19 in our warehouse & office. Nothing is more important than the health & welfare of our customers and employees. During these unprecedented times deliveries may take a little longer than usual and we aim to keep you informed all the way.


    How much is delivery?

    Delivery is free to anywhere in the U.K. on orders over £70, £5.99 on orders under. 

    How long will my order take? 

    Lead times vary from supplier to supplier.  please see below for dispatch times. Above the add to cart button on every product you will also find the dispatch times. When we know an item is out of stock, we have set the product to show as "available for pre-order" and also give a lead time. These times vary from item to item and we will send a confirmation email after your order. 


    Interiors 1900, Endon & Elstead :2-4 working days

    Oaks & Searchlight :  5-7 working days

    Tiffany Lighting Direct : 10-14 working days 

    Kansa Lighting :Many items are made to order so please allow between 2-3 weeks.


    We strongly recommend booking your electrician after we have sent your delivery update.  Due to social distancing we are running a little slower than normal. Some items are available for pre-order and are marked below the product title.  Our last order date for Christmas deliveries is 12pm Tuesday 22nd December, next day delivery is Monday-Friday only. Only items that are in stock in the warehouse will be dispatched, please see this page for items available for immediate dispatch. 

    How will you deliver? 

    We will check and pack your light in our warehouse and then ship with either DPD or DHL. Both offer one hour delivery windows to our customers, meaning you won't have to wait in all day. We may also deliver directly from supplier to save time, we will inform you of this in your delivery update email.  To help keep out prices as low as possible we will use recycled packaging wherever possible. 

    Can I return an item? 

    Yes of course. You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind for whatever reason, no ifs or buts, it's a promise and the law! You can send the light back to us or we can arrange a return via Hermes for you for only £10  (UK only) - if you want this option, just complete this form and we will advise you of your nearest drop off point.

    What if the light is damaged? 

    We will replace it, it's as simple as that. We do ask that all breakages are reported to us withn 48 hours of delivery. 

    Do you ship abroad? 

    Due to uncertainty in shipping and the increase in cost we are not shipping abroad at the moment.
