Ordering your Tiffany Lamp

You can order simply and quickly online, just click "add to basket" and follow the instructions. All of our Table Lamps, Floor Lamps and Ceiling Lights come with a choice of normal, rose or bird finial - please select on the product page.
Telephone orders - we are more than happy to speak to you on the phone if you wish to place your order this way, our lines are open 9am-9pm Monday to Saturday. Just call us on 01572 720599 and we will help you in any way we can. During the January Sale we are always very busy so please allow a lttle longer for delivery.
Payment is fast, easy and safe, we accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal. There are no hidden charges or fees, the price you see is the price you pay and includes free delivery to mainland UK. We take your security very seriously and we would never divulge your details to another company, other than for your order fulfillment. Delivering your lighting to you
Why wait with our one hour window?
Every item we send out is carefully checked and double packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. In the very rare event of a problem arising, it will be resolved at our cost and is all part of the service we offer, we want nothing less than 100% satisfaction. We keep many lines in stock and when ordered before midday, we will get your order to you, free of charge, by our 24 hour courier. We will send you a tracking number and you will be given your one-hour window of delivery for the following day. For items we do not have in stock, we estimate 5-7 working days for delivery. If you can't be in for the delivery you will be given your consignment number and you will be able to change your delivery time to suit you better.
We use Interlink Express to deliver your lighting as they are one of the few companies in the UK to offer a one hour delivery window. On the morning of delivery you will receive an email and text informing you of your one hour delivery window, meaning you won't have to wait around all day.
Click and collect
If you are unable to be in for a delivery, why not send it to a pick up point and collect it when you are free? Interlink has a vast network of collection points available, check out your closest collection point here.
When you find the shop you wish to send to, just add it to the delivery address in the order page an we will do the rest for you.
We double pack all out lights so get very few breakages but in the very occurrence that your item is damaged on delivery we will replace it without question. No ifs, no buts a replacement will be sent to you in the shortest possible time. We spend a great deal of time checking and repackaging our lights and nothing less then 100% satisfaction is demanded. This pledge is one of the cornerstones of our business and will not be changed or challenged. All we ask is you inspect your goods on delivery and inform us as quickly as possible.
Returning your item
30 day no fuss returns - 100% peace of mind for you 100% of the time
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your lighting and if you are not happy for whatever reason you have 30 days from the day following the delivery of your item to change your mind. We will arrange the transport for you and will even give you a one hour window of collection so you don't have to be waiting around all day. All we ask is that you pack the lamp in the same packaging it was shipped in. We will charge only £10 for this service, the sum being deducted from your refund. Offer applies to mainland UK only. If there is the slightest problem with your order when it is delivered please let us know and we will fix it at our cost. We spend a great deal of time double packing our products to make sure they arrive with you in perfect condition. Very rarely something will go wrong, please let us know and we will replace it immediately. All we ask is that you inform us within 2 days of delivery and for insurance we will also need a photo of the damage.

Tiffany Lighting Direct ship lamps all over mainland Europe and this page is to help you find how much you will pay for shipping. Delivery is usually 10 working days and we will keep you updated on your order all the way. We will also supply your table or floor lamp with a European plug. Prices shown are per order, due to European regulations we are unable to offer free bulbs in Europe. We check and double pack every order to make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition. We will require a telephone number and some non EEC countries may require extra information.
